Moritz Ueberall is a dop & editor currently based in Hamburg, Germany. He discovered his passion for filmmaking at the age of 15, when he started filming his friends skateboarding.
Moritz works on a variety of projects, balancing his personal creative pursuits with commercial work. He has collaborated with a range of production companies, including Modest Department, PSYOP, and other notable industry players. His commercial projects span brands such as FC Sankt pauli, Carhartt WIP, Vans, and other well-known names in the skateboarding and fashion industry. His personal work has also been published in magazines like Quartersnacks NYC and Free Skatemag.
Currently, Moritz is working at "studio WEssler" as the dop and editor, while also studying Visual Communication at the University of Europe in Hamburg, Germany, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in the field. In the summer semester of 2024, he had the opportunity to co-teach a film and video class at Design Factory Hamburg. He is also a current member of Freelens e.V..
